Knitting brings happiness!

We all love being outside in the warm sunshine soaking up the rays!  Don't forget to pick up your knitting once you're inside again.  Knitting calms the nerves, burns calories, and keeps one out of the refrigerator!
Time flies when I knit, and I am creating a beautiful piece of fabric for someone to wear and enjoy!
Knit something for someone special.  OR better yet! knit something for yourself!
Spring into Summer!  You will love what you have created!

My first blog!
Today, I took the knitting needles by the ends and decided it was time to get a website for The Yarn Boutique.  I try to knit every day, and did knit this morning, but have disciplined myself today to get this website and blog started.  So, here I am writing about my frustrations with the web instead of knitting.  I shall continue working with my trusty computer in hopes of accomplishing my goal today.

My knitting goal this week is to work on the new sweater design with the new yarn that has arrived at The Yarn Boutique from Claudias Handpainted Yarns.  It's a fabulous worsted weight yarn entitled Ocean Depth!

All for now.

Keep on knitting,

Marilyn

This is my second blog.  I have been designing a sweater and knitting up a storm!  Thinking outside the box can be very exciting and very challenging at the same time.  I have been drawn so much to designing, as the creativity bug has hit me hard the past few weeks.  Getting The Yarn Boutique website has been a challenge, as well.  However, I am determined to conquer them both in due time.  The Friday Night knitting group absolutely ROCKS!  So, if you are in the area, come join us from 6:30pm-8:30pm at The Yarn Boutique.

Still working on this site

New knitting words of wisdom coming soon!
